A projector-friendly board for the classroom: movable panels with directions, a clock, countdown timers, and a random name picker. Everything is stored in this browser only — nothing is uploaded anywhere. To keep your boards somewhere else, move them to another computer, or share them with a colleague, use Save / open file….
Tips: drag panels by their headers, resize from the lower-right corner, and use Save as… to keep a separate layout for each class or activity. Press Esc to bring the controls back after hiding them.
Text size: every panel has an A− / A+ pair and a box for an exact pixel size. Clocks, timers, and the name picker start on Auto, which sizes the text to fill the panel — so making the panel bigger makes the text bigger. Setting a size by hand turns Auto off; click Auto to turn it back on.
Text formatting: in a text panel, select some words and click B, I, U, or Big. The words are wrapped in markers — **bold**, *italic*, __underline__, ==big== — which you can also just type yourself. The markers can wrap several lines at once (except italic, which stays within one line so a lone * bullet is left alone). While a panel's controls are showing you see and edit the plain text with its markers; hide the controls (the ⚙ button) or enter Presentation mode and the formatted version is shown instead.

Colors: the Theme list colors the toolbar, the panels, and these boxes, and gives the board the theme's background color (you can still pick another one, or a picture). Text panels whose text color you have not changed take the theme's text color too. Each saved layout keeps its own theme.
Once the board is set up: click the ⚙ button on a panel to tuck that panel's controls away, or use Presentation mode to hide every panel's controls and the toolbar at once. With the controls hidden you can still click a countdown to start or pause it, and click the name picker to pick the next name.
The name picker here is the simple one. For a spinning wheel or a rolling reel, a saved list for each class, and names that drop out as they are picked, use the Random Picker (it opens in a new tab; each name picker has a Wheel or reel link to it too).

Saves the board on the screen and all your saved layouts (from Save as…), with their background pictures, in one file. Open it here later, on this computer or another one, or send it to a colleague. Opening a file puts its board on the screen and adds its saved layouts to yours; none of yours are replaced. The file only opens on this page.
Sharing with a colleague? Untick Include class lists: the name pickers are kept, but their lists of names are left out.
